In June 2024, WOW Display successfully delivered a large-scale Kinder Display project for a French display rack trader. The project involved producing 4,000 custom candy display racks for use in Carrefour supermarkets across France. This collaboration showcased our ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and visually distinctive display solutions tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Our client faced two major challenges:
1. Sustainability Requirements: The display stands had to be made entirely from eco-friendly materials and maintain a lifespan of at least six months.

1. Reinforced Corrugated Cardboard: We used thick corrugated cardboard combined with four-color offset printing and glossy lamination to enhance durability and prevent fading. This solution provides a balance between sustainability and strength, ensuring the chocolate bar display stand remains intact for over six months.
2. Honeycomb Board with UV Printing: For enhanced durability and vivid color retention, we also offered a honeycomb board solution with advanced UV printing technology. This option would deliver superior performance but at a higher cost.

Moreover, our 3 layer display stand was crafted using 100% recyclable corrugated cardboard with zero plastic or metal components. The inks and lamination used were entirely biodegradable, aligning with the client’s strict environmental requirements.
